Refund and Returns Policy – Blue Wave Flow

Buying products without trying them first can be a bit of a risk. We want to

take the risk off your shoulders and put it on ourselves. So we give you up

to 2 months to try our products and if you do not like them for ANY

REASON you can return them to us and we’ll give you gift card to try

something else. You don’t have to worry- we guarantee you’ll be taken care

of.

• Must be the first time you have ordered this product from the online

store.

• The returned product must be at least 1/2 full.

• Order must be fewer than 60 days old from delivery.

• Must be a U.S order. No international orders.

IF YOU ARE SEEKING A FULL REFUND for your order, you will be

responsible to pay for any shipping costs incurred to ship the products back

to our office. Once received we will inspect the package to insure the above

criteria are met, and then we will issue your refund.

IF YOU ARE SEEKING STORE CREDIT to purchase new products, we will

issue you a shipping label via email. Upon receiving your return, we will

email you the gift card for the same amount to use on our store for a new

product.
